Fuel pump?...or? please help!

Fuel pump?...or? please help! I have a 96 HB. It just started making a loud buzzing/humming noise last time I drove it. When I got home I turned the engine off then turned the ignition to the acc position and it still makes it. I was thinking it might be my fuel pump but it still starts fine and doesnt hesitate/bog down when I drive it. Any ideas ??
