need help fixing my lights

need help fixing my lights
i got some new light bulbs for my car and i put dem in but den either go side ways or slanted in some direction, i wanna kno if it sopossed 2 have a cover to keep the light in place or is it some lil metal/iron pieces to hold it in place?
