Yikes!! Yes you have found the problem!! Now to decide to buy new control arms or just bushings and pop those out.

Yes,replacing with new complete LCAs. Basically replacing the entire suspension. Rock Auto is getting a nice chunk of change from me. And I will have a decent suspension Struts and mounts were pretty trashed as well. Springs were in good shape, but am going the lazier route and got the quick struts. Replacing ball joints, tie rod ends, and stabilizer links as well. And then next will be all the engine/transmission mounts.

Saying the prior owner neglected the vehicle might be to strong of a statement, but definitely was just replacing things as they total failed and/or caused noticeable problems. Receipt for replacing both axles/CVs, because driver was complaining of noise, about a year back. Hard to believe those bushings weren't well on there way out at that point as well.

Re: Trashed Lower Control Arms

Keep the arms, replace bushings at your leisure, and next time you need them, just swap the old one with new bushings in
I have my old set in the shelf

but boy, this is bad...
