Leaking Oil-Defective Ignition Coil??

I am finding oil on the 4th spark plug(only the 4th plug) on my 2005 Honda Civic. Upon taking the mentioned spark plug out, I noticed that the rubber end of the ignition coil had a couple of splits in it. Just wondering, could the splits be causing oil to enter onto the plug? Can the rubber ends be replaced and/or necessary to purchase a new coil? If need to replace the coil, replace all 4 or just the one as needed?

could the splits be causing oil to enter onto the plug?
Impossible.

Closely inspect the ring seal in the valve cover--- that fits over the plug tube and I bet the edge (lip) of the seal got caught over the top of the tube instead of around it. You MIGHT be able to push the seal into correct place if you loosen the V/C bolts and lift it up slightly and work the seal with a fingernail or small screwdriver. If you tear the rubber of the seal it's toast, needs the v/c gasket set replaced.

Will need to buy one ignition coil to fix the boot problem. Make sure to clean the oil out of the hole and the plug is clean.

Do you think that the oil could be from a possible leaking valve cover gasket?

The seal on your leaker will probably look much like the one in this image (if this pic works):

The four tube seals should be included in a valve cover gasket set.
