oil leaking from oil return line?

I've got oil leaking from my oil return line.(line attached from the turbo to oil pan) Its a steel braided line. It sort of kinked, can that be the reason its leaking? I circled the area where its leaking. Any help would be appreicated.

I found out the line was just a little short. Got it fixed and no more leaks.
