I haven't launched, or even driven above 4000 rpm because my fuel system still isn't fine tuned yet. But mine starts spooling at 2500. That's on a T3/T04B though.

you would just pulse the throttle at the line so the turbo spools a lil... i wouldn't gun it tho, cause you'll lose traction really fast on street tires... buy some drag radials and rev it off the line... it'll spin a lil but it should hook just find before you're done with your 60'....
with my SF kit and upgraded turbo i found that slipping the clutch at 3000-3500rpms and feathering the throttle would produce the best 60ft times for me on my tires. for any FWD car its hard to get off of the line good with a turbo unless your running slicks. what worked for me though may not work for you. only about 30-40% of the time i would be able to hit that perfect margin of throttle and clutch slippage to make me not burn the hell out of my tires. anything below 3000rpms my car would bog HORRIBLY! anything above 3500 would be a waste of even trying to move but it'd leave a nice cloud behind me. my suggestions would be to take the car to the track and have a trial and error day b/c mostly every car is different due to turbo setup/tires/and most importantly the driver. latr
