Power Window Problem 03 civic EX

My passenger window along with the rear driver side window are not working from master switch or the switch in the door. Replaced window switches, passenger (junkyard) wire harness from door to cabin, fuses look fine, tested motors straight to battery and they work great both directions, switched relay with one I know is good and still nothing.. I'm guessing all that's left to check is wiring and that's where I lack the know how so any help would be great.

Thanks, Greg

I'd get

Wiring diagrams
Test light and voltmeter

and figure out what's wrong before replacing anything

Also theres a separate fuse for each window

this is where you should start, instead of replacing random parts,

as was said, get yourself a test light (you could even make your own with some wire and a 12v bulb)

You said the fuses looked fine, but have you tried replacing them with new just in case. Sometimes they can fool you, always a cheap test.

The wiring in the door jambs sometimes break. Pretty easy to see because they burn right in two. I'm guessing the driver's door. Because it gets the most use and you have two windows not working. I'd unplug it, unwrap the tape and look.
