Blowing seal on Rack and Pinion

I replaced my old Rack and Pinion with one from Auto Zone and in a month the seal leaked into the boot and eventually filled up the boot and came pouring out the right side of the rack when the boot split. I kept adding fluid and could never see a leak. I warranty replaced that one and now it seems the new one is doing the same thing. I put in a new pump and a new reservoir as well. So the whole system is basically new except the hoses. What could be causing these seals to blow. Just bad Autozone replacements or am I missing something.
