Relieving pressure

I was wondering how do you relieve pressure in the fuel tank on a 2002 Honda civic?
Is there other places that i need to relieve pressure before starting work on the engine?

There are three relays behind the glovebox next to the blower motor, remove the one to the driver side then start the engine and let it die. Then remove the gas cap to releive the pressure in the tank.

I don't ever relieve fuel pressure unless I have to open up the fuel line or rail. I remove the gas cap, then I place a rag over the line where I'm going to disconnect it so fuel can't squirt everywhere, then disconnect the fitting.
