whats the circle light for? ( the one i boxed in red) how do i get it to work again?

Those are the parking lights. Are both of them out? The bulbs might be bad.

i dont believe those are the parking lights because when i switch the parking lights on, the yellow bulb( signal bulbs) light up

oh ok then would it be just a simple bulb replacement? do you know if i need to take the lights out or can i just reach it from behind the lights?

I'm pretty sure you can reach in from behind. When you pull the bulb out you should be able to see if it is blown. If they are both good then check the fuse for the parking light.

im not sure but is the fuse box under dash? how would i get access to it?

Those are parking lights and should turn on with the yellow lights if not the bulbs are bad. Replace them. If the yellow lights come on then the fuse is ok.

You have to reach them through the wheel inner fender liner. unscrew the top part of the fender liner and you should be able to reach in there.

Those are just daytime running lights, simple T10 bulb to replace

Yea I was gonna say, I'm pretty sure those are DRLs...they should come on when the car is running and the headlights are off and the parking brake is off (and when in drive if its an automatic transmission).

no.. Those aren't DRLs.. They're parking lights.

When you turn your parking lights on, the "circle light" and one filament of your turn signal bulb turn on.

Dunno if it's every case, but if my memory serves me correctly, DRLs use low voltage going to the high beam
