I bought my son a 2001 Honda civic , just recently i notice when you put on the headlights the lights on the back and front side wont turn on ! , i can put on brake and lights turn on and blinkers work too . Front headlights are the only thing working at night ! i don't known if its relay or fuse any input would be grateful , anybody guide me to where to go !!

Underhood fusebox: Fuse #2, 15amp
There is a "taillight relay" in the dash fusebox that operates ALL of the parking lights at all 4 corners, and the license lights.
And you have the headlight switch itself.
If it isn't the fuse, then I suggest you get a wiring diagram and some test equipment, and start testing.

When in the car and quiet you should hear a relay click from under drivers side dash when switching the headlight switch on to the 1st position (the taillight relay mentioned)
