I fixed the seat of my 2001 Honda Civic EX with JB Weld. Basically I pushed a small a mount of the weld onto the bushing, then proceeded with the normal re-assembly. Did that about 2 weeks ago and the seat has not moved or squeaked since. Obviously, I didn't care about the height adjustability - I'm the only driver, plan on having it a long time so...yeah.
