HELP - '03 DX SE fog light install

I have just recently purchased a pair of OEM fog lights off Ebay for my '03 Civic DX SE. The car does not have stock fog lights, so I was wondering if the front bumper has a cut-out to install aftermarket. Also, I am not sure if the fog lights themselves come with the housing (bracket), where can I pick up one of these near Toronto, Ontario CHEAP? Please Help!!!

Here is a link that shows my car & stock bumper:

Here is a link of a similar fog light kit that i purchased:

The housing that I am referring too is the black bracket around the yellow light.

Re: HELP - '03 DX SE fog light install

All the cutting for the factory accessory foglights was done without removing the bumper cover. The factory kit had templates to mark out where to cut.
See your local dealer, maybe they can print the instructions for you.
Wait.....google to the rescue! http://www.handa-accessories.com/civ...03fogsdxhx.pdf

I don't remember the factory kit having yellow lenses though, but I could be wrong.
