Can someone tell me which part this is?
They've got the assembly listed as 2 different parts, which one is it?

I would call it (the circled item) the caliper bracket, but that's me.
Honda doesn't sell the caliper bracket separately. You have to buy the caliper assembly complete to get it. #6 or #7.
Look at the differences in price. One is new, one is reman.
