i got a 2002 civic lx auto,to start off this is very hard to explain so please ask me a lot of questions if you dont understand.... i was driving and the car kinda shuts down almost like it boggs out and the car slows down but does not stall.when pushing the gas it dosent do much considering i can only go 20mph when its acting up like that.and the engine nose also deepens. now for the weird part: the car will continue to only go about 20mph and run like it does until i stop and turn the car off then restart it and the car runs fine. im sorry if you dont understand but if you need more detail just ask and ill do my best to answer them thanks.

is the check engine light coming on? sounds like it is going into limp mode

yeah i wouldnt no what to tell you, i no that sometimes if you get some shitty fuel it may cause bogginess, happened to me once, but it wasnt as bad as what your explaining
