From a stop, my car shakes as clutch pedal is released. It shakes for about 3 seconds or so then its fine.

It also shakes after I shift from 1st to 2nd and I'm letting the clutch out in second gear.

The car seems to shake less if I do about 3k RPM and shift rather than 2k rpm.

I've heard this is most likely the clutch going but possibly the engine/transmission bolts.

Any thoughts?
