color not matching my original paint

I paint my civic's back bumper, and the paint looks so dull comparing to my original color. Not shiny at all. Anything that can be done? Or is it because it's winter time?

well paint cant stick very well if its too cold. Did you paint it in like an unheated garage or something? That could very well be the problem

is this diy paint job? you need to primer, paint, and clear. not to mention wet sanding steps otherwise yeah it will be dull. and will not cure properly in the cold.

just call around your locale body shops it won't be that expensive to have it sprayed if you bring the piece in and install it yourself and if its no good they will have to respray it.
