This Sucks :(

hey guys just found this out after i was washing my car and drying it...any ideas? i might need to get exhaust heat shield and fix the muffler cause its rattling against my bumper.

just get longer rubber hangers towards the back of the exhaust pipe before the muffler...that's what i did...just out of reach to be touching my rear bumper...

I think I bought the two longer rubber hangers from Honda if I'm not mistaken for like 12 bucks...I lifted the back of my car...sprayed a lot of WD-40...pulled off the old hangers and popped on the new one...Save the install money for something else...

i personally would get a 04-05 bumper here is a cheap after market seller i think the bumper is less then 75 bucks with good fitment they don't deliver but you got lucky because there is one in kansas city give them a call

you can probably heat up the metal hangers with a propane torch or weld on longer ones a shop wont charge you much like a minake or something along those lines but you mite run into rubbing or vibration problems some were else if you lower it.is that full exhaust or just a muffler ???.

well you should be fine if you lower the exhaust if its just a muffler and stock size piping if you had larger piping then there could be rubbing problems but you should be fine.
