what are the possibilities besides checking my fuses????

the motor could be burnt out for the window, and for the speaker it's probably the wires or you've blown it. Take the door panel off and check it out.

Open the door card and check if ur switch is connected.. I have the same problem with the CL-S.. Still have it i am just lazy to fix it, since i dont drive that car alot.. But this thread reminded me tho lol, finna go fix it now..
