shift ****?

does anyone know of any shift ***** that actually screw on like the stock one's instead of the 3 set screws? ex: the type r replica shift ***** on ebay, do they screw on or have set screws? i keep looking at different ones but no one gives the details on the installation.

i just got a Blox Blue billet shifter **** off ebay. it screws on and then a jam nut keeps it from spinning off.

i was just looking at those about 10 minutes ago, i like the gunmetal one, thanks man, i'll keep this in mind
