my 05 EX run 40 Km per gallon is this normal or not ,if not what should i do?

thats more or less average. the only reason you might not be getting quite as much may be because of the way you drive...if you tend to give it more gas here and there. overall thats pretty good though. if you want to increase it, youd have to do the basics. make sure tires are always inflated to the right pressure and get a good air filter or intake system.
