siezed megan coilovers :(

so i bought a set of used megans and realized all the rings are siezed. i managed to unsieze the rear coilovers with lots of cleaning, penetrating fluid and large channel locks. the problem i have is with my front coilovers. i unsiezed all the rings but i cant move the grey part of it to adjust height.
does anyone have the same problem with their megans? is there a solution to this problem?

I think its probably just due to the crappy road conditions up there- salt and everything on the road. You just need to spray it with PB blaster, let it soak, and use some muscle.
