Are these ricey?

I can't decide whether green, blue, (or any color other than white) headlight bulbs look ricey or cool lol

What say you?

I think its pretty dangerous since with other colours, your light output isnt as good. And I believe its illegal in most places. Plus, I think its ricey.

I have pure blue luminics and they are really nice. I'm getting some yellow ones for my fog lights..H11..to make it more JDM.
