engine trouble
(not getting many responses in the other forum so i'm reposting this in the 7th gen forum.)
okay guys its been ages since i've posted. my 03 honda civic hx has been ideling (sp?) pretty bad. when i come to a stop my rpms jump up and down from 900 to 1500 3 or 4 times then goes back to ideling (SP?) normal. also when i back out in reverse and then put in drive my car sometimes shuts off and i have to start it back up. anyone know what the problem could be. thanks damon

clean the idle air valve and throttle body, if that doesnt work, you may need a whole new throttle body (TPS sensor may have gone bad).
