I am going to say yes, only because the part numbers are the same on the Magnaflow site. Don't take my word for it, though. It's better to be 100% sure.

Yes, nothing changed exhaust-fitment wise between the years and as long as you stay within the same model dx/lx or ex you'll be fine- the amount of doors doesnt matter.
