frame damage question

ok. i've got a question about some damage to my civic. I was driving home from school after being up for about 40 hours straight, fell asleep driving and nailed a curb about 2 mins. from the house. Bumper is cracked, carbon lip is gone, two left rims are trashed, alignment is all messed up but the thing that worries me the most is that the left fender is a little off and there is s crease in the roof, right against the opening for the sun roof. Does this mean that there is frame damage. can it realistically be fixed.

Re: frame damage question

Yeah if you buckled or creased the roof from an impact, that thing is probably totaled. That more than likely means there is major structural damage and even if it can be fixed it probably will never be correct. Take some pics, that would help us to better understand the damage. Its hard to say without seeing anything.

Re: frame damage question

well fellas, now it's a week later and the collision place called me this morning to say that there is some damage to the frame but it's not bad and to fix all the damage(dents, paint and the frame pull) it's gonna be bout $1700. ouch but it will get fixed. then i gotta get some new rims and tires, so all in all maybe about 3 grand total to fix my mistake.

Re: frame damage question

i had a little dent in my honda civic door frame where the window was off a bit and it was cheaper to get the whole door replaced with a paint job to blend it. Total cost 1500$ insurance paid for 1000$ of that. i couldnt believe it but it behind me now.
