Carpet Quality - 2014 LX Sedan
Has anyone had premature wear of the carpet, specifically wearing on the center hump on the passenger side? My wife tends to push off this area with her left foot when exiting the car and now I have a hole there. (No, she does not wear high heels.) In comparison to my last Honda (1999 Accord LX), the quality of this carpet seems to be extremely inferior. It really does even resemble standard auto carpeting, more like compressed fibers.

Still got any warranty coverage? Take it in and complain!
Maaaaybe they will replace the carpet for you....but it will be the exact same as original.
I guess you aren't going to fix your wife......so
Get a couple sets of cheap throw-in mats, turn them sideways and stack them 3 or 4 layers deep so your wife can't keep ruining the factory floor carpet.
