Hello all.
I have 2013 civic. Several days I have to jump start the battery in the morning. The battery is OK I tested it in Autozone (500 CCA from 510)
After removing Fuse #5 (key is out) the 500 mA between the Negative cable and the Negative terminal of the battery drop almost to 0.
For what is the Fuse #5 (Starter DIAG, ST MG)? I am starting and driving the car just fine without it?

It's 2013 civic LX sedan USA Auto trans. Fuse#5 in the engine compartment fuse box 7.5 A
It's the fuse for the interior lights. Weird because all the lights are off and the doors are closed. I have to check tomorrow if the light in the trunk is constantly ON

It's the fuse for the interior lights.
Somewhere on the lid diagram label there's an arrow that indicates the front of the car. I know some of the fusebox layouts/diagrams aren't immediately sensible.
Check again carefully. Fuse # 28 covers the interior and trunk lights.
If you're doing an amp draw test, you have to give the car plenty of time to allow all of the control units to go to "sleep" mode. Those years of Civic probably needs "up to" about 20 minutes, but we now have cars that need almost an hour before they switch to low power mode.

So you've pulled out fuses 28 and 29, now your 500mA draw is gone? (a lot more than just interior lights should have been disabled with those fuses removed)
No. There are no fuses or metal connectors on #28 and #29 at all.
The power of 500 mA goes down to almost 0 after I close the door and wait 20 seconds. Obviously some times this doesn’t happen and drains the battery. Could it be stuck relay?
I didn't replaced anything in the car.

These would be the two fuses we have to install when the car is brand new before the car goes on the lot. The cars are stored and shipped to dealers without the fuses installed to prevent draining the battery during storage. There's a lot of stuff that should not be working while those fuses are missing. (courtesy/trunk lights, keyless entry, radio, etc)

You'll have to catch it in the act, then track it down to find a root cause. Light bulbs staying on should be pretty obvious and easy to see (flip the rear seat down so you can see the trunk light), but other electronics aren't so obvious....and cars that new have lots of electronics.
BTW what I see in my wiring diagrams as fuse #5 in the engine compartment box appears to be part of a spike suppression circuit for the starter solenoid. The only time power should be found at that fuse is during starter cranking.
There are no metal connectors on one of the sides of # 28 and # 29 slots ( Yellow arrows ) Placing fuses there will be useless. Trunk and inside lights are connected to fuse # 5. The lights don't work after removing it.
Is my model different than the ones you are familiar?

Yea something seems weird, but I don't have a matching car in front of me to double check with and I don't have my own civic at work today either.
Where's your 500mA draw fuse #5 at in the box?
The fuses 28 and 29 are shown with a heavy outline on the lid diagram and you circled it in one of your pics, those are the fuses we have to install during new car check in before they go on the lot for sale.
There should be fuses there on every other car, why would yours be any different if it's all stock?
Install those two for s&g anyway?
Got it. LOL Everything works but something still is draining the battery when the car is parked.
I even hooked up a voltmeter to the battery terminals and brought the voltmeter next to me while I am driving to check if the alternator is charging the battery all the time. It is 16.4 Volt constant.
