I'm having problems shifting into any gear over 3000 rpms? 2013 Honda civic si 106000 miles

clutch bad? engaging? 3k is quite high to shift, BTW

when you are stopped and you put the car in first gear with the clutch pressed to the floor, and you rev the engine to 3500, does the car start to move?
