what happens when the battery dies?

This thread is composed of posts posted in another thread, but have been moved out of there my the moderators. Don't think it's strange, the conversation staryed from the original intent, so that's why it sounds weird - by the moderator team

That's very considerate of you. But, aren't there some things that the computer remembers about idling and so forth? I'm quite sure that I'm over thinking this whole thing, but all of the electronics makes me a bit paranoid.

Oh yeah... If you find it idles funny after having the battery disconnected, let it do an idle relearn.

Basically get it all warmed up, turn off all electrical consumers, and let it run for about 10 minutes in park.

I don't think you will have issues with this though.

if my battery dies im getting my XP 10 out of the trunck..
You might want to invest in the "latest and greatest battery starter
and charger" for your other devices.. really works awesome..!!
