timing belt?

I'm currently at 108458 miles and i believe it could be time to change my timing belt. How much would it be if i took it in to a mechanic to get it replaced? what if i do it myself? how much does a timing belt cost?

8th gen R18 & K20 use a timing chain.

No set interval, should last the life of the car.
