Front Bumper Repair/Replacement??

Front Bumper Repair/Replacement?? Ran into a little trouble the other day and scratched and dented my front bumper. Went to the body shop and they gave me a $660 estimate on repairing it..
would it just be cheaper to just get a whole new bumper?
what should I doo?

Depends on the year, but my 2006 needed a new bumper and right front fender( as well as some door re-painting). Cost was close to 3,000. This was only about a year ago.
(Low speed collision, but the civics are made to crumple so it looked really bad lol. I was going LITERALLY 2mph)
