SRS Light
Hi all,
My SRS light begins to go on once in a while, usually after a bump on a road/ freeway. Yet it stops after I restarts the engine. Does anyone know what happens in this situation? How much would it take to fix?

The price will START with a fee for diagnosing it.
THEN an estimate can be made, once someone knows what the problem is and what it will take to fix it.
You have this under 8th and 9th gen, that covers 2006 and newer.
Pretty broad range there, slim.

You must start with getting the fault code, that will describe what fault is causing the light to be on.
Autozones code readers cannot help you.
Your symptoms describe a (likely) circuit fault, and are probably related but will be of minimal use until we know what the code is and what it stands for, and which one of the several dozen circuits is in question. It will be handy information for whomever gets to diagnose your problem, so make sure this info gets to that person.
