I just purchased a 2006 Honda Civic and found that it has the auxiliary port, but still needs more installation. Has anyone has this done by a dealership? If so, can you give me an idea what it cost?

What do you mean exactly by needs more installation? Is it not hooked up to the stereo? Is it not installed in the little pocket under the stereo? Have you tried it to see if it works?
Probably $100-200 for the dealer to do it (usually it's $75 just to bring the car in) but, just about anybody who works on cars should be able to do it, especially car stereo guys.
