Not from the factory...you'd have to buy all of the parts from Honda, then put them in yourself. You're better off going with the http://www.scosche.com/scosche_carau...x?CategoryID=5 from Scosche and putting your own choice of nav unit in. It'll cost more, but it will do a WHOLE lot more.
