Rev's dont drop?!?

I just put in a new racing clutch and SRI. I notice that the ECM keeps the revs at 1300 while the car is moving, and drops to 800-900 at idle in one spot. I dont know why this is, but it seems that the ECM is doing this, rather than any other moving part. The car does not gradually go down from 1300 to 800. You can tell the ECM activates something, and makes the rpm's drop?

Can anyone explain?

i duno but i was having a similar problem and my ECM was recalled or something cause it had iratic idle.... honda replaced a chip on the ecm and its all good now... maybe its cause the fans are going or the A/C is running?
