question about header

If you just add new header and nothing else to your exhaust will you gane anymore HP or not? I would like to get some more hp out of my car but I don't like the sound that exhausts makes.

Well first of all our cars only have ONE header. We don't have headerS. Yes you will see minor gains with A header. This engine mod is just like every other engine mod. The more you aftermarket parts you add, the more the power multiplies. The aftermarket parts begin to work together for more power instead of just one part by itself.

the minimal gain you will get out of an aftermarket header for our application isn't worth the price...

FYI, bolt on isn't exactly a, add header and you get 2 hp deal... you gain some and you lose some...

its especially not a intake + 2 hp, header +2 hp, exhaust + 2 hp..

I + H + E = 6 hp.

doesn't work that way.

all the header out right now, IMO, from design... doesn't seem like it'll do much.

youre better off spending the money on an intake... *shrug*

Yes, I believe it's the Hurricane Power (HP) that you will see the most gains from. I have a stainless steel DC Sports and it is basicly the same size piping as stock.
