Weird Sound??

Weird Sound??
ok i have an auto lx and im thinking there is supthing wrong with the tranny... everytime i put it into gear in reverse or drive it makes a loud clink type sound.... also when im going about 20-22 mph if i just accelerate and let off the gas real quick the clink sound occurs again..... any idea ofwhats wrong??? thanks for any help!
