Sound coming form wheels???

I just have a question about nuespeed sport springs. I have installed them last year. Now when I turn left or right I hear a clicking sound. I can't make it out which side it is coming form but pretty sure it's one of the springs moving around when I am turning. Have any of you had this problem??
Also, this may seem like a stupid question but here it is. WHen you turn does your spring rotate with the wheel or shoud just the wheel rotate on itslef?

sounds to me like a cv joint too. I don't think your spring is suppose to turn either.
