Scratched interior

- Just a week ago some fool tried to break into my car using the tool that goes under the window to unlock the car. They were unsuccesful, but the attempt left several scratches and carved in marks on the interior side of my door (by the handle)- any ideas on how to cover it up or remove it if possible, without replacing the whole thing? Thanks for your help in advance

I've had a few scratches in my car, but so far I have not worried about them. A friend of mine would lightly sand off any plastic that had been scraped up and use some model paint to fix the color. If they are deep enough I would Bondo the scratches and just re-texture the surface. (I have had to do that) If you would like to dye or paint your panels any other color than stock right now would be a good time. Good luck. Let me know how it turns out.

sorry bout the ride but at least you have a interior to worry about far as the scratches go there isnt much you can do about them sanding them and then using paint will make the problem less obvious. Lighty sanding it might do the trick just be very careful to only sand the small areas of the scratches them try to color match the door and create the texture if at all possible then amorall it and you should be ok

what about just replacing the door trim? If you can buy it, that would be a good alternative.
