Squeaking and creaking!

When i am going really slow and the rpm's are real low and the car slightly rocks back and forth as it is moving forward i get a squeeking or a creeking noise, coming from what sounds like my suspension, my car is lowered two inches with dropzone springs, does anyone know how i can make this noise stop it is driving me crazy. Thanks

Buy some quality springs............like Ground Control if you want to stay with low end coilovers.

Teins and B+G rule.

They arent coilovers, they are just springs, and actually the ride with the springs is awesome but just recently they started this!

It could be the cold weather........my vic creaks a bit once the cold sets in. Has it recently gotten cold where you are?

Mine creaks a bit when its cold, after maybe 15 minutes the joints warm up and she gets quieter. Riding on H&R's and Koni's in ten degree weather....

yeah my car does the same thing, on stock suspension. maybe it is from the cold. but it didnt happen last winter. just started noticing it at around 30k miles.
