high compression valves

Skunk2 makes some high compression valves. Don't know if they are for our cars. But would this be a good idea to have. What kind of gains might I expect. I will be getting a p&p job done on my heads. Also where could I get a cheap used cam to send in to have done. This is my only car so I can't send mine. And if you have any info on putting a thinner head gasket on. Is there enough clarence. Sorry for all the questions at once. mods so far custom catback. magnaflow. short ram intake, sunauto hyperground system, dc header. sorry forgot link to valves. http://www.creverything.com/engine/cr-enginevalves.html

my head is p/p and does some good gains but to feel them u have to have everything else done.. i had my TB bored out by kingmotorsports and trying to get a custom intake mainifold done.. with the thinner head gasket i wouldnt suggest it.. and the high compression valves i would say go for it if they are lighter then stock and if u can get a 3 or 5 angle job done on them
