first take off bumper. use the diy headlights for that.
second face the front of ur car so ur looking at the headlights
third look at the left hand bottom of the bumper.
fourth look for a bolt with a couple of ground wires bolted to the frame.
fifth remove bolt and weave the second pipe and match up. (NOTE: do not cut the wheel well just shove that pipe in)
sixth use that rubber stopper thingy and bolt it on tight.
seventh make sure every thing is securly fashioned.

You'll probably want to reset your FI ECU to notice any difference immediately. Here's how to do it.
Open the fuse box in your engine compartment and look on the diagram for the F.I. ECU (7.5 amp fuse).
Pull the fuse out and wait 10 minutes or longer.
Put the fuse back in.
VERY IMPORTANT - Start the car, and DO NOT touch the gas peddle!!!
Let the car idle for about 10 minutes, DO NOT toch the GAS!!!
Turn off car.
Turn on car, and turn back off.
Turn back on, and test it out!
pm me if u havve anymore questions.

Use marine insulation foam (black stuff... comes in a roll with sticky stuff on it). It works better than the rubber block anyway.
