WHY CANNOT WE TURBO CHRAGE OR SUPERCHRAGE??
Hi to all out there. I have tried countless hours searching for superchragers, turbos anything to major boost my engine. I have talked to vortech, greddy, wings west, paxton, jackson racing!! All have said basically your engine is a piece of shi*!!! I replied what is so different???? All told me it's a funny motor it' a 1.7 SOHC Vtech or not it's crap!! The engine was not made to take all the power. So the real question is... I want to put a gsr motor in my car. Does anyone know what I need to do?? Will it bolt on or not? Doese anyone know if there is a motor mount set for it. Has this been done? If so where, who and could you refer me to them?? Is there any kit (supercharger or turbos coming out or is out?? if so where??) If you could answer any of these questions I would greatly apprecitate it!!!! Thanks, Joe

Rep Power: 0 Nobody is planning to make a supercharger for are cars. Turboperformance.com has a turbo kit for our cars. A couple people on this forum have the kit, I recently ordered one myself. The stage 2 kit is around 3300, it comes with an intercooler, t3 turbo and all the fixin's. At 6psi it gives aprox. 80 hp at the wheels. That's pretty decent. If you wanna go swap go with any of the K serie engines. If you wanna learn more, search there have been atleast 50 post about B series engines and how they wont work and such.
