PASSWORD FOR our cars

All righty, people who install new head units in their car with mp3 players and cd players and dvd players and what not. . . what happens to that anti theft number password that you push when your car shuts down. . EXAMPLE is when i d/c my battery to reset the ECU and i had to push certain numbers for the radio and stock headunit to play again. . i was wondering. . how will that work with the NEW or AFTERMARKET headunit??? Does it even work for it???

the anti theft is built in the OEM head units so whyen you remove it you remove the A/T device time to get a real alarm
