Well i did a search, yesterday i cleared my headlights. well ever since i cleared them i have noticed my srs lights stays longer then before i cleared the lights. i turn on the car and it stays on like 3 secs after its been running. i cant remember if thats normal or if this is something i should look into. i know how to reset it but i was just wondering if this is something i should look into. thanks guys INJEN

has nothing to do with the clearing of the headlights. nothin to worry about perhaps the paranoia taking over. We all have it welcome to our club
peace.

There was raining for 3 days in my area and ever since then my SRS light is on all the time! Since I have a bunch of illegal stuff on my car I am going to wait with my visit at the dealership. Anyone has ideas what it might be? Resest the ECU??

My SRS light stays on ever since I changed my seats. I took it to the dealership for my oil change (Since I get it for free) and they said nothing about my mod's. I figure I'll let them know about the SRS light next time I go in.

when you remove the seats the SRS light will come on because you unplugged the sensor...so all you have to do is reset the SRS light...go to DIY and look under resetting the SRS light...fairly simple

From what I understand is the tha SRS light goes on long enuff for the airbags to inflate...not to the point where they are coming out of the steering wheel or dash, but sort of a "prepping" in the even that they are needed i.e. crashing into the back of the garage or something...
