Do I clean or replace AEM CAI filter?

Exactly...K & N makes a great recharger kit and if I am not mistaken, its pretty affordable too....buy that and follow the instructions and you will be in business...

Rep Power: 0 According to the recharger directions, some dirt build up is actually good for the filter. Haven't cleaned mine yet....almost 10,000 miles on it and still runs just like new.

Rep Power: 0 I just cleaned mine today, boy was it extremely dirty and yes buy the K&N recharge filter cleaner works wonders. Took me some time to pull out the filter but definately after you put it back the car flies. Good luck,
