are there any joints/bearings/parts that i should oil or grease
during regular intervals?

i do my own oil changes now, so if there's any greasing that
the dealer used to do when i brought the car in for an oil
change, i guess it's not being done now.

also, what kind of stuff do i need to "inspect"... or what does
the dealer inspect every time i bring the car in for an oil change?

washer fluid, clutch fluid (manual), coolant level, brake fluid, transmission fluid (car running, on flat surface), tire pressure, check all hoses and belts under the hood to see if anything is cracking or about to crack, and that's all that comes to mind right now.
