Trying disconnecting your battery for about 10 minutes. You need to reset the ECU.

By way, you'll need to recode your radio with the dealer supplied code and all the radio stations if you still have your stock radio.
Also, let the car idle for about 10 minutes after reconnecting the battery without touching the gas pedal. The turn it off, then on,, then off.
Then take it out for spin. Don't kill it for the first 10 minutes or so and keep an eye on your dash for any lights that might come on.
After about 10 minutes, have fun dude.

Don't forget to respond with what you think of this mod in the members section. I'm sure a lot of people would like to know of any gains, sound and performance.

Question, how do you like your Magnaflow Cat Back exhaust??? If you don't mind me asking, how much $$$ CDN did it cost you? I'm in Ontario too.

$550, is that a good deal up here? I've spent a lot of time researching and deciding on what CAI I want to install, that I never looked into exhausts.
I have read that is melts the back bumper a bit, is that true? Notice any performance gains?

Man I hope vasilli69 reads my second post before he pulls the battery in and takes it out for a spin...otherwise, unplug again....

hey guys disconecting the battery worked like a charm. My magnaflow i bought from john for 485 canadian shipped to my door i was happy with the price that plus a tax i think since i live in ontario and hes located in ontario to.As for the FIPK you really don't notice the gains but its only been a day.All i can tell you is when you hit 5000rpm with the magnaflow it sounds awesomeI bought from the states it came to around 425 canadian to the door after all the duty and all.I called crappy tire they can get them they wanted 462 plus tx so i saved like 100 better then nothing especially here in Windsor theres no import aftermarket stores like TO.
