fog light install?

i searched....i couldn't find actual install directions for these. they aren't for me, but for my friend who has an f150. he bought the APC ones ( i know, ya don't have to tell me ) and he wants to know how to install them. i searched the net.....and even emailed APC, but they haven't gotten back to me yet.

Dood, pay attention. She said it's not for her car but for an F 150.

Anyways, It's pretty simple. Drill holes where he wants them installed then find a ground. Run the wires inside the truck and tap into the headlight wires behind the fuse box. Then connect these to the power switch with another ground and the wire running to the fog lights. Voila!

is there a way to do it so that they arent on all the time? he doesn't want them on all the time.........

Hey steph, ask your friend if it came with instructions. They're usually pretty easy to follow.

he said that they didn't come with instructions. but hten again, he isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, if ya get my meaning....so he could have thought that they were something else.......im just not gonna look for him anymore (this is the friend i am talking about in the OT thread)
